Tee Off Fore a Healthier Community Golf Outing!

The BMH Foundation's 27th annual Tee Off Fore a Healthier Community Golf Outing will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Butler Country Club. In 2025, nearly $100,000 was raised through this event to support programs and services at Independence Health System/Butler Memorial Hospital. The day will include lunch, golf and dinner. Play of the day will be a 4-person scramble. The Butler Country Club requires soft cleats and proper golf attire. The dress for dinner will be business casual or golf attire.
